This stunning thangka of Chenrezig is a beautiful art from Nepal.
Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara) embodies the infinite compassionate energy of all the buddhas. Chenrezig four arms signify the four immeasurable attitudes of love, compassion, equanimity and joy.
This wonderful thangka was painted by Nepali-Tibetan artisans in Nepal especially for the Foundation Store and incorporates a very high quality brocade.
This Painting is a very high quality thangka and we are only able to offer this kind of price because we work directly with the artisans and our main motive is to promote and preserve this art.

Click here to add the brocade to your thangka.

Silk Brocade is the most popular form of mounting since it is seen as having greater religious merit than other less expensive types of cloth. Framing the paintings is the traditional way to represent it.

All of our brocading work is performed by a specialised tailor with many years of brocading experience. We guarantee that your frame will look stunning and the work is usually completed within one to two business days (very large Thangkas may take a bit longer).

All of our Buddhist Supplies are handmade products from Nepal. Once we receive your order we try to dispatch the order with 24 - 48 hours. Once the item has been shipped via recommended courier for that country the order will be received within 1 - 3 week after order dispatched.
