Description
A Mantra Mandala Thangka includes a sacred mantra, or repeated word or sound, which is integrated into its design. Hindus and Buddhists both use mantra mandalas for spiritual growth and meditation. Every element of the design is deliberate, enabling users to deepen their meditation and amplify their bond with the divine.
This Mandala is blue in colour with Om Mani Padme hum scripted in the centre. A mandala's mantra is often selected based on its unique spiritual or therapeutic effects. The mantra's repetition is said to calm the mind during meditation, enabling the practitioner to concentrate and reach a higher state of awareness.
