There are many types and varieties of Mandalas depending on the nature of the central deity. The most classic pattern of Mandalas is of the Dhyani Buddha. This Thangka depicts Buddha Mandala. The Mandala represents “palace of purity” a magic sphere cleared of spiritual obstacles and unpurified. The square of the “Sacred palace” proper is end used in multiple circles of flame, Vajra, eight centuries (appears only in wrathful deities) lotus, then the inner square to reach to the deity of the Mandala.

This Tibetan Thangka painting is approximately 68 x 51 cm. We have 2 variation for this thagnka. One with Black and pure gold and second with Silver and Gold thangka. All Handmade with natural stone color and pure gold made with great concentration and good energy by artisan from the hiamalayas.

Click here to add the brocade to your thangka.

Silk Brocade is the most popular form of mounting since it is seen as having greater religious merit than other less expensive types of cloth. Framing the paintings is the traditional way to represent it.

All of our brocading work is performed by a specialised tailor with many years of brocading experience. We guarantee that your frame will look stunning and the work is usually completed within one to two business days (very large Thangkas may take a bit longer).
