Thadobati Antique Singing Bowl have a flat bottom and slightly vertical sidewalls. While some Thadobati singing bowls are rounder than others, the majority of them have a bottom diameter that is barely less than the opening's diameter. This type of singing bowls may be the oldest ones still in use today. These substantial antique singing bowls will weigh more than a Jambati singing bowl of a comparable diameter. The tone range of singing bowls in the Thadobati style is the largest of any style, spanning over four octaves. One may assemble a hundred bowl sets, each with distinctly distinctive striking tones.
